Emergency Lighting Certification and Maintenance
Our aim is to ensure that our customers comply with the IS3217:2013 standards of emergency lighting requirements and the later amended versions of the IS3217:2013 legal requirements of emergency lighting in the workplace, or non-domestic premises. We cover all vicinities from apartment blocks to chemical plants or public access workplaces undergoing surveys or requests for fire officers directly for compliance and certification.
For Compliance of annual certification and mandatory requirements we will provide the required three thirty minute quarterly inspections completed every 3 months and annual three hour inspection at end of the year with costings of any repairs spread out over the company year to break down any large costs associated with initial repairs with our contracted customers to help our customers to come to the basic compliance standard of IS3217:2013.
Our Team of Experienced and accredited Emergency lighting Commissioners will ensure that your buildings are within legal standards with a full in depth detailed inspection report of testing and on completion and if the system is within compliance a Certificate of Emergency lighting can be issued.
For ease of general-in house maintenance we can identify, label and register all existing emergency luminaires, exit signs and all types of emergency luminaires on a full detailed log book kept on site to report any defects between quarterly inspections,of which this can be costed off-site for follow up repairs completed only by our qualified, registered and experienced electricians to bring your system to its full legal basic standard.
In Accordance with ECTI testing regulations and the IS3217:1989, IS3217:2008, IS3217:2013 and latest IS3217:2013 amended Emergency Lighting standards we can provide our customers with the safety and knowledge that our highly trained and specially QCI certified and NSAI recognised emergency lighting specialists will meet your needs
